Jeni Squiric, Statistician / Operations Manager jas@stat.osu.edu Phone: 614.292.1529 Pursuing M.S., Statistics, The Ohio State University B.S., Mathematics (1997), Otterbein College Within the SCS, Ms. Squiric is responsible for the administrative management of all SCS projects and processes; assisting the director of the service; and working as a liaison between SCS consultants and their clients. In addition to these duties, Ms. Squiric is actively involved in SCS projects providing database management, programming and statistical analysis support. Formerly, Ms. Squiric was research statistician for Bishop and Associates, Inc. Her responsibilities included design of database systems, collection of data through manual and automated systems, and the design of software for a variety of statistical analysis applications. She was instrumental in developing a comprehensive performance measurement system to track key indicators for a major central Ohio hospital system. Ms. Squiric has over 20 years experience working in health care and service industries, and she has experience working with hospital and managed care data. She was a director of project management at OhioHealth Group, the managed care company of OhioHealth Healthcare System. She was responsible for facilitation of companywide quality improvement and process reengineering teams, developed and maintained critical indicator data used to make company decisions and produced fee schedules for payments to providers that were in alignment with market standards. Also with OhioHealth, she performed duties as a data analyst and quality improvement specialist.
